About Me

Hi...I'm so glad you're here! I'm Amanda Cohen, Founder & Head Coach. I have 15 years of clinical and research experience working with individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy & Stroke. I’ve learned most that people want to be heard, to be validated. I’m here to be your advocate and friend.

I received degrees in Psychology and Occupational Therapy from New York University; and have special training and expertise in Multiple Sclerosis and Neurorehabilitation.   I'm committed to providing the best quality to community members staying up to date on the latest research and advances to share.

I've been facilitating professional support groups bringing people together on a zoom screen since 2020. There is just something magical that happens in a small group setting over time. I've seen it over and over, a sense of belongingness, of healing and true lifelong friendship. We have each other through the ups and downs in real time, joyous and celebratory for the triumphs and alongside in suffering and grief.  I deeply value the connections I’ve made throughout my career and extend my love to each and every person who has crossed my path.
